I have frequently contacted the customer service, and each time they promptly and passionately answered to me. I hope they continue to improve and that you will encourage them. The technical team is also extremely strong. In general, it is quite simple to use, however occasionally there are issues. However, the customer service team is very understanding and will support you in finding a solution. It is advised that you utilize it. Joyce, thank you very much.

Hi we just setup omega pixel for tiktok, this app efficiently send info to tiktok and made our ad optimization increased. Customer service like Joyce is great , she is very pro and reactive.

Can you create only one pixel that can be used during the trial period? Can I open more than one only if I pay?

However, the event API will be different, in our plan, you can use 1 event API for free, if you would like to add more, you need to upgrade with an extra charge. Joyce was super helpful! Got setup with the new TikTok Events API, which apparently tiktok highly recommends now, and according to the omega team it's been more stable recently so here we go! Hoping to have better attribution now, and the setup was buttery smooth! Thanks to the team again at omega :)

Best app to solve the tracking issues. Tried a bunch of app + techniques but nothing really worked. Omega got the solution for it. You can track 100% of sales and even see roas with multiple ad accounts. Gamechanger
