Niel helped me a lot, I had problems with my pixel. He requested limited access to my Shopify store to install the correct code so that all Omega data could be properly forwarded to my Tick campaign. He was very helpful and I am satisfied with his knowledge and skills in recognizing the problem. Thank you Niel

App works well, you just need to wait few hours to Pixel events to show up in Ads Manager. Love the rep Tracy, she helped me out with everything and she go further to make sure all is good and that doubled checked if everything is working properly.

This app reports events better than native Tiktok app. I've tested a lot. Like it. The support team is also on top rate. They made customization for my cart drawer very fast.

I have been using the app for a couple days and I cannot believe I just found it. It is has made scaling on multiple ad accounts on multiple platforms so so easy. I had a little confusion so I messaged support and Joyce was the absolute best! So happy I have found this app.

DO NOT INSTALL FOR TIKTOK** This app is overreporting my sales, for example I've got 1 Complete Payment but in Ads Manager it showed 7 Complete Payments! NOTE* I've NEVER ever had reporting issues this big with TikTok Sales Channel app. Although support keep telling me to enable API and it will fix it, they were delusional since API was turned ON and connected via code. Notes for Omega Pixel -> Should you attempt to remove this review, I will pursue additional measures to substantiate my concerns regarding this application's quality since I've got proof of Ads manager and Chat transcripts to back up these claims.
