I was satisfied on the beginning. They couldn't solve the problem and where just telling me it was ok, but it was not. 53 ATC on TikTok and 7 on shopify. Every experienced marketeer knows that is not right.
Hello! Thanks for taking the time to let us know your issue and we are sorry for the negative experience you had. Our support team has just received your feedback about the app. As our support agent has explained the difference between the tracking flow of Shopify and Tiktok platforms, I hope you understand that the reports will not be matched. But we take your feedback seriously and would like to help you check back to the app's backend to see if there are any issues we can work on. Our team has sent you an email regarding this, could you please get back to let us have the chance to support you again? We are terribly sorry again for any inconvenience caused. Best regards, Omega Team
