I experienced a hiccup with this app when updating the theme version of our site. I sent a message in to support and and was helped immediately!! Quick resolution...they didn't just tell me what to do with troubleshoot instructions like other apps but rater they made fix themselves while they were in my site assessing the issue. That made the world of difference:) I even bounced back a custom question I thought had no chance of getting an adjustment now and yep...they took care of that too. Would definitely recommend based on their excellent support!

Even though the content of the app cannot be translated natively with Shopifys Translate and Adapt app, which is a downside somewhat, so far the actual functions we've tested looked and worked just fine. When we found out the app was not active on some of our locales, we mailed support in the afternoon and got a reply within minutes letting us know the issue had been fixed. And it was. A truly great support experience.

Very fast and perfect support. Guided me step by step and very clearly to the app and gave me instructions how to fully solve the issue.

too many bugs and CTO takes ages to reply
This is sad case of playing the blame game. An employee of the company deleted all the products added in the app and, instead of taking responsibility or just earnestly asking for help, they claimed the app deleted the products (there is no code functionality like this so it is literally impossible) and there are logs that the person can see and a delete all products action was logged. While being abusive to staff every other line was about a refund. It would not surprise us to find that this is just the persons MO generally (notice how the review comes not from their main store but the one used for development). There will be no refund as such behavior should not be encouraged as it only hurts decent people and their businesses. Even if everyone on the team was supportive and friendly and acting in good faith (including our CTO Robert whom you can read about in many of our other reviews to make up your own mind about him) they decided to damage our business with this review. It stings, of course, but I imagine if you are reading this that you've all sadly had experiences like this with some people. P.S. We also tried to speak to the owner to clarify any misgivings about this for a few days now but have had no luck. It is an open good-faith invitation, anytime.

I am a new business owner and I am not tech savvy. This app is amazing and the Live chat is so helpful I could cry! I will endlessly brag about Timesact and Al Kenneth Bunani.

I tried a couple different apps to allow a backorder feature on my website and none of them worked how I wanted. I finally came across the Preorder Notify Me app and it did exactly what I needed. Everything was fairly easy to get setup and Kenneth from their support team was great to work with. I had a small functionality issue between the app and my specific Shopfiy template, but Kenneth was able to quickly resolve the issue and help guide me through some of the other features. Would recommend if you're looking for an app that allows for pre-orders or backorders.
