Have used the app on many stores and it works flawlessly. Reached out to customer service when notification badges were not working correctly on my customized theme and they were able to get the badges up and running quickly and communication was fantastic

AMAZING support from Rommel! I reached out thinking an issue on my store was caused by this app, and even after we realized it wasn’t, he still helped me fix it. He also added a pre-order badge to one of my products and even matched the color to our branding — such a thoughtful touch. I’m new to the app, but it already looks perfect for managing our pre-orders. Great experience so far! Thank you so much!

Fantastic support. I set up Timesact but once my first pre-sale order came in I wasn't sure I had done it right. I got great support through chat that walked me through the whole process. Really appreciate it!

Easy to set up for specific items, including customised text and a percentage discount for those wishing to pre-order. Exactly what I was looking for.

This app have been INVALUABLE to our operations with out of stock items. Support (even on free tier) was incredible. Cannot recommend enough!
