I used this app for pre- orders in page fly wich was perfecatly integraded after I had the free consulting call with a timesact expert. This is an amazing service that ensures everything works!

I’m still getting everything set up, but so far Timesact has been pretty easy to use. It helped me get my pre-orders going without too much confusion, which I appreciate. Looking forward to using it more as my store grows.

I had such an amazing experience working with Ken and Jake! They truly went above and beyond to help me with using Times Act for my Shopify account, especially with setting up my pre-order. From start to finish, they were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. What stood out the most was how intentional they were about making sure I fully understood everything. They didn’t rush the process at all they paused to check in, answered all my questions, and made sure my needs were completely met. Their professionalism and timeliness made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated that they asked for feedback on how they could improve. That level of care and dedication to growth says a lot about their character and work ethic. Hands down, this was the best customer service I’ve received in years.
