Excellent app and amazing support team. The app works great and the support was incredibly fast and professional. Rommel helped me customize the preorder/back-in-stock badges, enable them on collection and homepage products, and even added a premium shine effect badge that looks fantastic on my store. Very friendly communication, quick implementation, and great features for Shopify stores. Highly recommended!

Its not very self sufficient. I like what it can do. But I've needed support to it to work properly. If you want something todo it yourself- fins smething else. If you want consistent support- which great !! use it

I loved how easy it was to set up a pre-order option for store and prodcuts. I needed to organise a pre-order option quickly on the day of launch and the set up with Timesact was easy peasy! Customer service was great too, someone replied within minutes to help me when i had a query! Excellent! Thank you marie for your help!

Makes managing inventory updates a breeze. We wanted to automate our pre-order notifications and this app even allows us to set campaigns for future pre-orders/restocks which is amazing.

I mainly want to talk about the customer service I got. I launched my product for pre-order but the subscribe and save wasn't working. Within 10 minutes of initial contact their support time diagnosed and fixed the issue. The app itself is quite seamless. Makes it very easy to reccomend.
