I want to focus on the building and integration of Timesact pre-order functionality into our store. We are launching a new product so we've spent considerable time advancing the first production run. The Timesact technical team has been reliable and always available to fix or explain any issues I'm having in our Shopify theme settings. They provide fast and friendly support. Example: I had mixed success with the pre-order button overlay on my products. They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and provided me with a clear explanation.

Some of the features are a bit confusing, but the support staff has been great to help me figure out what needs fixing. I use the Pre-order for Thanksgiving Turkeys that I raise and can have customers put either a fixed amount, or a percentage deposit. It has worked well, and when it doesn't, the support has been quick and effective.

Camelius went above and beyond when I couldn’t figure out why pre‑orders weren’t working. Even though the issue wasn’t related to the app itself, he pinpointed the root cause immediately and guided me through the fix. That’s real customer service — and thanks to him, we’re now able to accept pre‑orders. Thank you, Camelius!

It's a great app and customer service is amazing. We have a strict quantity that we can't oversell at the point of adding to cart, it seems like a feature controlled by Shopify and it's the same for most apps but Robert at Timesact customised it for us and it worked perfectly. Thank you so much!

The support for this app is out of this world fast. We have an issue that was causing us £1000 in lost sales and they fixed it within 30mins. Incredibly fast, professional and polite. Can't recommend them enough.
