Incredible customer service. The single best experience I've had with any app. Chat response was immediate, and they fixed a badge display issue on my theme without having store access. They even saw that I had a theme-added "In Stock, Ready to Ship" line added on my product page and that it might be confusing during pre-order. They said it looked nice and hid it when the pre-order was activated instead of me having to remove it. App does everything that I want it to do.
