I am writing this immediately after having taken advantage of my free video chat with Johnathan to help me set things up. I had a bit of a unique situation that he was extremely helpful in assisting me with navigating, even venturing out into an entirely unrelated app as it needed to interface with Timesact. Over the course of an hour he very thoroughly explained each one of my options and was extremely patient in repeating himself when I did not understand something the first time. The app itself seems to function precisely as I need it to and the backend offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to payment and any other factor you can think of. In my experience so far, I would highly recommend this very thoroughly designed app for functionality of course but also because I have not thus far received customer support at such a high level from any other app I have used.
