UPDATE: Very upset; the pre-order option just charges customers without warning. I've had so many customers reach out pissed off about this. there needs to be a notification email or something; and notify us too like wtf. these are item that I am not sure when exactly they will come in so the second payment is based on estimated date of arrival; we need some kind of notifications somewhere to make this process better. DO BETTER! So far so good! Our business makes custom suits for action figures so we use the pre-order/made to order function. So far it works great. When I had trouble, their support staff Jolo helped quickly and solved the issue. I would recommend this app.

Hi Jessica, This is Andrei, one of the co-founders. We've been trying to reach you these past few days but have had no luck so I hope you get to see my reply here. First thank you so much for being a loyal customer and continuing to use the app! It means a lot to us. Second I am sorry the experience with Timesact did not measure up to your previous product launches. I remain committed to working with you to make it better. Some context for other folks reading: We have a setting in the app where for partial payments you can set a date in the future for collecting the remaining balance. In your case this was set by you for Feb 28th and so the app automatically charged the customers (who had placed orders - 5 in total) on that day. While this is the expected way for the app to work I agree that it can be made more intuitive. We have some improvements in mind like I wrote you so I would be eager to get your feedback on those so we can build something truly useful for you instead of just based on our perceptions and the body of this review. Something important to note: You have two products added in the app. For the first one you changed the date for charging the remaining balance to another date so future orders will be charged in May according to your setting. The other product was still set to Feb 28th. We took action and changed the date for the second product to May 31st going by the wording you put on the PDP. I hope you don't mind but we just wanted to make sure you did not have any further issues. Please feel free to change it to whatever date fits your needs best.
