Hi there, This is Andrei, one of the co-founders here at Timesact. Thank you for your feedback and sorry for any inconvenience caused! Each website is different of course and depending on the amount of apps/functionality it has, some items are faster/slower to load. For example a blank dawn theme of a new store is absolutely instantaneous for our app. Some of the biggest names in DTC rely on us and in some cases we've implemented bespoke solutions to optimize speed. Since it works for them it should also work for your store. My colleague Robert implemented this for you and you seemed happy with our support when you were speaking to him directly in our live chat.
