I ran into a slight issue with getting the Pre-Order product badges to show up on my Shopify store. I contacted customer support and within 15 minutes Kenneth had the issue resolved. It happened so quickly that I noticed it was fixed before I was able to read Kenneth's email response letting me know my issue should be resolved. Great app, even better customer service!
