Wow! Rommel was exactly what I needed when I needed it. We had a last minute panic switching from another pre-order app that just wasn’t meeting our needs (it didn’t even let us cap quantities per product, a huge dealbreaker for us). At nearly 10pm the night before our launch, we installed Timesact and managed to get everything set up quickly. There were just a couple of small things I couldn’t figure out, so I reached out to their support team... They replied within ONE minute and had both issues fixed within two more. I’ve never had service like this on any Shopify app. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review and I’m honestly 150% impressed. The app does exactly what we need, clean pre-order setup and the ability to cap units so we don’t oversell. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This app saved our launch. Karmyn | Chundee
