After a long time researching which app would be perfect for my shop's pre-order and notify me (email collection) functionality, I decided to give Timesact a try. The free functionality is so good, and when I was playing around and setting things up the first hour of downloading it, I ran into an issue (which ended up being my theme's issue, not theirs). I chatted with customer support and immediately got help. Not only that, I got transferred to someone that can code the theme, and we got on a quick call so she could fix it for me and show me some features of Timesact (shout-out to Rochelle!!!). I said this on the call and I'll say it here: it's unbelievable the amount of customer service I received without being a paying customer. Totally mind blown, and the app works perfectly for what I'm looking for. I was going to upgrade anyway down the road, but now I'll definitely be upgrading. If you're on the fence, this is a sign to not be - just download Timesact!
