If you’re looking to do preorders for your store, stop scrolling and give Timesact a chance. The customer service is seriously out of this world! I’ve reached out to them at all different hours of the day and no matter who answers, they’re professional, patient, and extremely helpful! They keep saying they want my business to truly be successful, and I think their actions back their words. A week into my business, all I’ve done is preorders, and after getting help setting up the specific parameters, I haven’t run into a single issue.
