We switched to this app as our previous pre-order app stopped working and wasn't marking things for pre-order. We installed this app and reached out to have the coding sorted as our theme was a custom theme. Andrei replied right away helping get things sorted and explaining what he had done to make things work. We also asked him to help us get a huge chunk of our items into the pre-order listing and he did! Greatly appreciate Andrei assistance in getting the app running smoothly for us. I highly recommend this app + the amazing support.
