Timesact has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It’s simple to set up, easy to manage, and does exactly what we need for running pre-orders. One of the best features is how easy it is to set up pre-orders across all our products and their variants. It gives you plenty of flexibility to get everything configured properly without needing to jump straight onto a paid plan. The support is also excellent. Every time we’ve needed help, the team has been incredibly quick to respond, easy to work with, and genuinely helpful in getting things sorted. Great app, great support, and definitely deserving of 5 stars. Highly recommend!

We usually sell digital goods, so no need for pre-orders. However, we are releasing a charity single which has a physical CD available and to receive pre-orders seemed like a great idea so we could see if it was going to be financially viable for us to do so. Not being over technically savvy, I was helped with any queries I had by Princess on the chat line and she made the whole process very uncomplicated to install and adjust any features we required, so thank you for your help with this :) We're only on the free plan, but will definitely be considering one of the featured plans as things evolve.

I wanted to launch a new store with made to order products. I found this app and it works perfectly. There was some technical issues for my particular need and the CTO addressed it themself and quickly. It was the last step before I can launch the store and they were quick to help me. I almost never do reviews but I REALLY love this app. I've used it almost a year, it's so easy to upgrade and downgrade the plan depending on how many items I need have on pre-order. It's super cheap and the amount of plans they have available is so so helpful! I have made a lot of money from the pre-orders as well! It's fantastic for cashflow if you have out of stock products as well!

I've used many different applications for our website, and I can honestly say that Timesact is one of the easiest platforms to navigate. Even on the free plan, it offers a great range of features and capabilities that cover most of our needs. So far, the experience has been very positive. Now I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs once we start using it more actively and integrate it into our workflow.

We waited until we had used TimesAct for a while before leaving a review, and we’re very pleased with both the app and the support behind it. Installation went smoothly. We encountered a couple of minor glitches, but that’s where their customer service really stood out. The first issue involved the app not fitting properly within the cart area. I sent them a message, received a response almost immediately, and the problem was completely fixed within an hour. Later, we experienced an occasional issue where products that were not available for pre-order were appearing as though they were. I opened the chat expecting to deal with an AI bot, but instead I was connected with a real person who patiently said, “Take your time—we’ll get through this.” After receiving standard administrative access to the app, their team investigated and corrected everything without requiring me to do any additional technical work. This is customer service done properly: a real person, responding in real time, with patience and a genuine desire to solve the problem. They didn’t try to rush me through an automated system or make the issue my responsibility. They simply took care of it. Love this app SO much! Just makes life so easy and prevents endless communication with customers, the app takes care of it. Just spend the time setting it up or let an AI tool do it for you, then its all done! Rommel was a great customer service representative helping with my queries!
