I had a minor tech glitch I wasn't able to resolve on my own. Customer support was fast! They had it resolved in under 24 hours. I'm on the Free Plan now and yet the customer support was GREAT. Looking forward to using this new tool for our Shopify store to help us with pre-order and inventory management once our orders start coming in soon. Highly recommend.

This app is fantastic, covering all the bases -- pre-orders, shipping delay notifications, back-in-stock notifications, etc. It is so highly customizable, it can be a bit complicated, but the customer service is top-notch, with a response usually within seconds and very helpful user guides. The pricing is reasonable, with options suitable for tiny to large businesses. One of my favorite apps!!

his app is incredibly intuitive, fast, and reliable, everything works smoothly and exactly as expected. The user experience is well thought out, making it easy to get things done efficiently. What truly makes the difference, though, is the amazing support from Rachelle. She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, providing clear and timely assistance at every step. SUPER fast resolution to a tiny visual issue. Very robust app with incredible support! Edited to add: We tried several other preorder apps and all of them just couldn't provide the fast support and customized solutions we really needed. Timesact has been BEEYOND incredible. Super fast responses, very thorough, and has completely heard my every request and has even been able to do some incredible customizations to get our preorder statuses acting AND LOOKING exactly how we want. I can't recommend this app enough. Very worht the money and so easy to set up!

Have used the app on many stores and it works flawlessly. Reached out to customer service when notification badges were not working correctly on my customized theme and they were able to get the badges up and running quickly and communication was fantastic
