I installed this app based on their advertised free plan and the 'MAKE IT 3X' bonus limit. However, the reality is very misleading. When you contact support to activate the bonus, they demand a video testimonial featuring your face to unlock it. Worse, their support agent confirmed that this '3x limit' (30 orders) is NOT a recurring monthly limit. It is a one-time, lifetime cap. Once you hit those 30 orders, the free plan is gone forever and you are forced into a paid subscription. Tricking merchants into providing face-video reviews for a 'free plan' that has hidden, non-renewing limits is a blatant bait-and-switch tactic. If you are looking for an app with a transparent, recurring monthly free tier, look elsewhere. Uninstalled.

I had some trouble with the app on my storefront. Marie did an amazing job troubleshooting the issue and got it completed very quickly! My favorite feature of this app is the easy navigation through the pages as I was able to build the pre-order I needed. I would love a couple more badge options to pick from besides different colors.

Easy to set up and the support folks are great. Only 4 stars because it requires inventory to be tracked per-variant, which isn't quite a perfect fit for my business model. But the features are spot-on otherwise.

That combination - honest communication plus a small "thank you for your patience" discount - turned what could have been a reputation problem into something that actually felt like good customer service. Customers knew what was happening and chose to pre-order anyway. That's the app working exactly as it should, with a team behind it that clearly understands small business reality. If you sell physical products and don't have a pre-order and inventory messaging solution in place, you're one logistics hiccup away from finding out why you need one. Timesact is ours.

Very intuitive app, and comes in very handy when you want your customer to preorder. The service of the team behind this app is also incredible, I had a few complicated (compatibility?) issues, which they resolved quickly and perfectly!

This app and the support is top class. Highly recommend both. They even gave me a 30 min video call to help me familiarise myself with the app features. They are also really quick in responding to questions.

Great customer service, any time we run into an issue they help fix right away. This app has been helpful for us to capture both Pre-Orders and back in stock notifications for our products.
