Does exactly what a pre-order app should do. Lots of options to make it work best. Most importantly, the support is AWESOME, very quick response time, and the right answer the first time! Very good value!!

App has done exactly what I was looking for, allowing customers to continue to place orders while I was managing a delay in stock. Support is very responsive and helpful. They have been able to help or resolve every question I have had to far.

I'm an about service type of person. Even when I get lost on their app, which I have done a few times...their customer service is top-tier. The app itself is a blessing, I love it, makes my job easier.

Their customer service team is incredibly responsive when it comes to integration issues. I initially went with a different app that didn’t reply at all—knowing what I know now, I’ll stick with Timesact every time. It’s hard to find companies who take pride in their work and also provide exceptional customer service. Ken was a doll!
