I had a small glitch and the Timesact team fixed my issue very fast. The App works great for us as well, allowing us to clearly let our customers know if they are purchasing an inline item or a backordered item.

Really love the functionality of this app as well as the user interface. Very well-designed compared to others I've used in the past. This is a no-brainer in terms of investment based on the amount of pre-orders garnered for my clothing brand. In addition, their CS team is really on the ball and even the CTO himself ended up reaching out directly to find an awesome solution to a question I had. Highly recommend!

The team at Timesact, Jolo & Robert did a great job customising the app to work with my theme. Very quick response times. Tried many pre-order apps. Happy to find one that works with my theme.

This app has been very helpful for our store. We don't often run pre-orders but when we do the app is effective and cost effective. It integrates well with our Shopify theme too. The set up of a flow takes a bit of getting used to, but once you've used it once, it's straight forward. We had some problems updating one of our plans and the Timesact support was excellent. Responsive, helpful and sorted our issues quickly. They stayed on line for the duration and fixed each issue one by one and clarified all questions about the set up. If you are looking for a pre-order app I highly recommend this one.

The app works perfect for my needs for PRE-Order products. I made few mistakes on setup so reached out to support through there inbuilt chat. Ken from TimesAct spotted my mistakes within a few minutes after checking through the whole setup and resolved the issues. Great support!

The App was simple to install and use, and does everything perfectly. When we had a query regarding compatibility with our bespoke site their help team were amazingly quick to respond. Rochelle & Rommel fixed us up right away and couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks Guys!

Timesact helped me set up my pre order and when I had an issue they helped me straight away with their live chat. This is the best app I have used for pre order, they have made it so easy for me to use. I would highly recommend them over any other pre order app
