Timesact has the most timely and speedy customer support – any questions I have are immediately answered with clarity! Princess and Ken have especially been super helpful in my set up and running of my storefront app!

I was able to set up products for pre-order in minutes. I encountered a few issues but got them VERY quickly resolved via agent chat on Timesact's website. So far i'm really pleased with the functionality and ability to customize pre-order offers.

Great App for Pre-Sales and also using it for Notifying when our products are back in stock. I had a little setup issue and they spent time with me setting it all up. Thanks again!

When the pre-order function stopped working after I changed the theme, the support team fixed it for me. They were incredibly kind, looked into the issue in detail, and quickly provided a solution. I was truly grateful for their help. It’s a fantastic app with an amazing team behind it.

I had a small glitch and the Timesact team fixed my issue very fast. The App works great for us as well, allowing us to clearly let our customers know if they are purchasing an inline item or a backordered item.
