I've been using this app for a few months now and have nothing but praise for the team. With an inventory as complex as ours (5,000+ items), they've been incredibly helpful with our inventory management and tagging. Big shoutout to Robert for all the hard work he's done for us!

Timesact has been a really useful preorder and back-in-stock email notification solution for our store once we got familiar with how it works. The UI takes a little getting used to, but it offers lots of helpful features (the back-in-stock email notification is a must-have). The best part is the support team — they respond quickly and are always super willing to help with any questions. We ran into some compatibility issues with a couple of our other apps, but the Timesact team really took our request seriously and worked with us to find a solution. Really awesome of them to help us out like that.

The installation was straight forward, but since we use a custom build template we had many different things to handle to make it work. When we struggled we got a video call with the CTO Robert, who was extremely kind and helpful. He not only consulted us in the right direction, but even read through our code to see where we did something wrong generally. Best customer support I can Imagine and of course the plugin itself works perfect with no hidden costs.
Great app, they are always improving it and if I ever have any issues, the team is super fast to respond and fix!
