I use Timesact to set-up a pre-order schedule whilst still having the notify me feature on my stores. It works exactly how I need it to. Their customer service is also top notch! I couldn't work something out but I was able to give Marie access to my store and she sorted it so fast! Highly recommend

Timesact has been fantastic! The pre-order badge looks great, and the shadow effect makes it stand out beautifully on our product images. Their customer service was amazing, quick, helpful, and they went above and beyond to resolve a theme issue for us. Highly recommend!

Very fast support - we love the app as we use it for our fashion pre selling. The pre selling feature is very easy to implement and works perfectly with our custom theme. It works very well, also for the payment methods. We would recommend it :) Also fair price plans.

Excellent app. Excellent customer support - Thank you Princess. Prompt, friendly and helpful. I have spent 2 years trying to find a decent and straight forward app to use for our brand pre-orders and I have finally found one. I would highly recommend this app to any business looking for a reliable pre-order app. It's also very reasonably priced, I'm very happy.

Love working with Timesact. The whole team is so responsive, patient, and helpful but I have to shout out Rochelle, Princess, Jolo, and Robert. They're always available to work with me when I have questions - they really go above and beyond. The app itself is always improving. The new version covers all the pain points that weren't addressed by the previous iteration (bulk uploading preorder SKUs, multiple inventory locations for messages, etc). I would recommend it to anyone, especially those with complex or ongoing back in stocks/preorders/etc.

Amazing app and phenomenal instant support regardless of timezones. Seamless and very easy to use yet also allowing you to be very specific on how you want things set up. Definitely worth the monthly fee.
