Great customer service, any time we run into an issue they help fix right away. This app has been helpful for us to capture both Pre-Orders and back in stock notifications for our products.

Great app that just works. Timesact automatically tracks all out-of-stock variant SKUs and switches them to pre-order without me having to lift a finger. The interface is really intuitive — easy to set up and manage even with a large catalog. One of my favourite features is the automatic pre-order confirmation email that goes out to customers as soon as they place an order, so they know straight away it's a pre-order. Support has been awesome too — fast responses and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend for any store that needs solid pre-order management.

Support is off the charts fantastic. Real human, was able to quickly customize to my Shopify theme. BTW, Tom Bilyeu’s ChatGPT “Zero to Founder” recommended this app and I love it. Especially Klaviyo integration and variants functionality. 11/10

Amazing onboarding experience. Easy to understand. Just a note: I have subscription app (Seal) enabled. The best idea is to create a preorder template that has the subscription widget turned off so that the preorder widget doesn't interfere. Overall a great app.
