I'm still working on my website and Jojo from the support team was very helpful by immediately joining me on a video call during the setup process, giving me suggestions on the basic scenario to implement to get the best performance.

Could not recommend this app enough if you're looking for a pre-order solution. We were using another app and it was no where near as good as this and they helped up set up a pre-order on an incredible time crunch. The customer service is impeccable (shout out to our hero Jolo, and the CTO Robert) who have been an incredible resource. 10/10!

We have just downloaded the app but the everything seems super intuitive and the setup support offered by Jolo was fantastic.

At first it was great, I set up a 0 deposit and 100% on delivery payment structure as I wished to push my collecting of payments longer than the Shopify 7 day default one. Then I started to receive complaints from customers on that the checkout page displayed that 0 amount would be charged to their card, although they were ACTUALLY charged for the full order amount. The same that at the checkout page when placing the order, the order amount was displayed as 0. During two weeks I have not been able to promote sales on my store due to this issue, as displaying incorrect payment information is indeed illegal to my knowledge - and I now received information that there was nothing the App could do to help. So heads up for all of you - your customers will get information only that they need to pay the deposit amount. Never the full order amount. So the payment information you give your customers through this App is incorrect, even if you would set your deposit to 50%. Very sad about this as the support has been super great in all the other setup of the app to my store. But I guess they have overseen this issue at development, which makes it impossible for me to continue to use it now.

We haven't tested the app yet - but support is awesome. They helped us st up everything so fast. I also love that all texts are translatable

Jolo was super helpful with setting up the app on our Shopify store. The whole process took only about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about the app, along with giving guidance on the best way to set it up for our specific needs.

Very easy app to install and use. It does a great job of walking you through the process. They also offer free set-up assistance, and they are very accommodating. I got to work with Jolo - who was super friendly and knowledgeable.

The integration of this app was easier than I thought. When I was stuck, the CS team was always there to support and solve it asap. I really appreciated it. I'd recommend for anyone who is thinking of adding pre-order function on their website.

L'application semble répondre parfaitement à nos besoins de pré-commandes, j'avais une question sur la possibilité de capturer manuellement le paiement après livraison et Jolo à pu me répondre parfaitement :-)

I have had an online store with Shopify for over 2yrs. My live chat with Kenneth from Timesact today is hands down THE BEST customer service experience I have had with any Shopify apps! Not only did he guide me, but he was also able to assist on the backend with IMMEDIATE results.
