Die App und der Support sind Gold wert! Da wir unsere Produkte (Lebensmittel) importieren, und die Haltbarkeit vergleichsweise kurz ist, ist die Pre-Order-Funktion für uns enorm wichtig. Dies erspart uns Verluste durch ein abgelaufenes Verfallsdatum. Supportanfragen werden nicht nur unmittelbar beantwortet, sondern Fehler auch direkt durch den Support behoben. Gerade wenn man nicht Spezialist im IT-Bereich ist, erspart dies Mühe, Zeit und Kosten.

I am incredibly grateful for the Timesact app and its exceptional customer support. As a new startup business owner, I have faced numerous challenges, especially with setting up pre-orders for my upcoming product launches. I tried many apps, but none fit my needs as perfectly as Timesact. I was struggling to enable pre-orders on Shopify and within the app. That's when Jolo from the Timesact support team came to my rescue. He guided me step by step, provided invaluable tips, and helped me figure out the entire process. His assistance was truly a game-changer for me. Thanks to Jolo and the Timesact app, my problem was solved, and I am now confident in managing my pre-orders. I love this app and will remain a loyal customer in the future. This is an excellent app with many useful features. In the end we were unable to use it given some issues that were not the fault of the app, however I wanted to give them a 5 star review due to their incredible customer support and diligence in getting the app working where possible.

- We've had this app for a long time and would give it more stars if we could. The functionality helps us to manufacture in small quantities and ensure customers are informed about their pre-order. However, the customer service is why we wanted to write a review today. As every Shopify user knows, a new Shopify theme update can cause some code to go wonky (technical term). We always reach out to the team before publishing a new theme or update to ensure the code will work. They're online, friendly, and fast. Try this app, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing support staff and app. They quickly fixed a display modification I wanted, and they were available to video chat to show me how to use the app. There are some awesome features in development I'm really excited about too! Keep up the great work!

Jolo was excellent! His customer service was impeccable and he did an outstanding job answering all of my questions as well as his guidance through the app itself. I now feel very comfortable moving forward with my launch date because I can now incorporate a pre-order tab. I am really impressed with the app as well as the live support you receive if you have a question and need to speak with someone, directly. There are also quick and easy to follow tutorials that help as a resource tool, if needed. Thanks again Jolo, I wish you all the best and I would highly recommend this app, by far.
