Update Jan 2026: the app has been very good, but not without issues, although they were usually solved quickly by the app team. This has been the best of a dozen backorder apps I have tried; but in my experience backorder apps are tricky and tend to interfere with other site functions, especially when there is a Shopify update or change to something else on the site. This is not isolated to Timesact by any means and as I said this is the most successful one I have tried yet, but as a sole business owner with not much tech knowledge (or none!) it is too stressful and too much work/time to keep a backorder app installed so I think this will be the last month of use for me. But, if you are after a good backorder app I would definitely give this one a go :-) ......... Have been very pleased with the app generally anyway, but needed to query a potential issue that came up. Very quick response and provided a helpful solution. Can't ask for more!

Had a very time efficient and effective call with Jolo. He walked me through the new selling plan I needed and how to set it up for any future pre order campaigns. We also went over the additional email to the customer confirming their pre-order and the estimated shipping date. Great Customer Service.

Al Kenneth Bunani was super helpful setting up a pre-order and the app works awesome. I used to use purple dot and they had SO many glitches, this app Is way better!

Jolo was AWESOME! I had this app and deleted it because I had no idea how to use it but I am SO happy that I booked a support call to understand it! In real-time Jolo walked me through the process and helped me set up my Pre-Order campaigns, as well as gave me insight into how it works, messaging that works well and even walked me through customizations. I am now ready for a huge Mother's Day season with no missed opportunities of sales - THANK YOU!!
