Very good App, easy to use compared with others that I have tried and it's very functional. Even when small problems have arisen customer service are quick to answer and quick to resolve. Recommend to Install if you are looking for a good program to cater to your pre-order needs.

Jon and his team have literally gone beyond the call of duty for me and my company plenty of times in just a short time span. It’s been close to a year now that we’ve been working together on some things and I have zero complaints about him. HIGHLY recommend! He’s always ready when I need help on something. Even for the littlest of things, and that’s what I appreciate the most. That, and the communication/transparency are things that I value and treasure the most, not just in business, but in life as well. You will not regret working with him. That I can promise you.

Support was right there when I needed it, and helped resolve my issue within a matter of minutes. I am able to customize my Pre-Order and put in notes for the customer, set a shipping date, and put in a time period to apply the pre-order. All things I was looking to do. Love how simple!!!

Very versatile, customizable, and intuitive app. We needed some extra customization for an unusual variant display and before we were even sure if we'd be using this app (we are!) Robert created a quick and perfect solution. The pricing seemed like it might be confusing at first but it really makes sense and is very competitive for the functionality we get. Great instructional videos too, seems like they though of everything. Everyone I dealt with in service was proactive and helpful even over the weekend. Highly recommend!

I have enjoyed this app. Pre-Orders for online shops and new products is vital. This app is easy install and to use. The support that I experienced was phenomenal. Had a slight issue as all apps do and the live chat support was instant, knowledgeable, patient, and very nice to work with.

The video support/Set Up call was excellent. Jolo took the time to explain the nuances of the app which was useful having not used it before. He answered all questions I had and went above and beyond adding some code to our website to ensure the Pre-Order Banner and message were formatted correctly. He set up a template and added it to one of our products to make sure it was working and displaying correctly. He also went through the full work flow to ensure all messages were where they should be. Great service all round!

Pam was very helpful and provided a guided thorough set up for us. The support team is very responsive. We are new to the app but it appears the features are exactly what we are looking for.
