Great experience so far - They offer a Free Setup call and walk you through everything. App has all the functions I was looking for regarding dynamic text which shows on the product page, notification email reinstating that it's a pre-order and more. I'd recommend.

Works great and amazing support

We had a small issue with our website, we booked a free call to resolve it. The customer service member Jolo was helping us, we found the issue had already been resolved through the team over the weekend! Great service, Jolo was very patient, kind and knowledgeable, very impressed with the customer service!

Robert, the CTO, has gone above and beyond in assisting with custom CSS changes - all whilst I was on the free plan no less! Having also tested other Preorder apps such as Notify!, so far I would say this is the best option including the high threshold for preorders and most of all, the personable assistance they provide.

Very prompt support even on the weekends. And because of giving permission to access parts of the backend of my site, they were able to guide me through each step and find a workaround where my custom coding had complicated things. Good customer service is so rare these days, it deserves to be celebrated!
