I have had many sales the minute I installed this app that I would have normally lost from customers leaving the site when their size was out of stock. I cannot stress enough how much this app changed my business, the app itself is so easy to use and the support is like nothing I have ever experienced, kind, amazing, prompt, knowledgeable support online. So glad I found this app.

Using this app for a second round of pre-orders. It is by far way easier to use than any of the other apps I have tried. I was also experiencing some issues and the customer support was SO QUICK and helpful. I 100% would recommend this app :)

The developers on the guided set up call are great in showing you how to get the most out of the app. We now use this app to communicate with customers when items are going to arrive back in stock and allow them to place orders beforehand.

Robert was able to fix the issue of Backorder showing up on the product page when a product was out of stock by removing the BACKORER badge. Now the potential purchaser is taken to the order page and then will see that the product is sold out and on backorder...BUT will be presented with the option of providing their email so that we can contact them when the product is back in stock and hopefully complete the sale. So now folks won't potentially just "walk away" and we have no idea of who they are and how to follow up with them. Great job, Robert!

This app is exactly what I was looking for to manage our pre-orders. It is very simple to use, has good onboarding, and has enough features to customize for specific use cases. Robert the CTO has been extremely helpful getting us onboarded. Oh and the price is very competitive for what they offer. Couldn't recommend this app enough for managing preorders.

The developers of this app are super nice! I contacted them about an error I got after switching theme, they just solved it for me in 10mins, with some detailed tutorials of how to send collaborative code and accepting request attached. Great work, thanks!

Great app with great support. Does exactly what I need allowing customers to pre-order up to the exact quantity of each variant I know will be arriving in my next shipment. My only minor complaint is that it prevents a discount plugin I was using from working correctly, but I can live with that.
