I just completed my onboarding session with Jolo. The process was straightforward. Jolo explained concepts clearly and I am confident that this app will boost sales and improve my customers' experience at my store.

I've just started using the app so I don't have much data to report back with ... but the customer support was very good. They helped me custom setup at a very late hour!

The support staff is second to none in my opinion. Every time I have contacted them, they are QUICK to respond, friendly, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. The app is fantastic as well. There's no reason not to install this app and work with this company. A+

I had the pleasure of participating in Timesact’s inaugural “Let’s Celebrate Entrepreneurship Together” virtual event in December 2023. I appreciated the opportunity to share more about my small business, Poppy + Monarch, including why I started it, challenges I’ve faced and the learnings from them, and what I envision for the future of my business. Fellow business owners, I highly recommend that you participate in Timesact’s next virtual event. It’s a wonderful space to discuss your passion and introduce your products to a new audience. Additionally, I had a great experience with Timesact for pre-orders of sweaters and tote bags on my Shopify store. The integration with Shopify was seamless and the plug-in elevated the look of my shop. I had great success using the pre-order feature and plan to use it again!

Amazing customer success team - when they recommend you connect 1:1 with a support specialist - do it. Shopify themes are so varied and different that you will save yourself a lot of time having an expert help you implement. Highly recommend - works like a charm!

Timesact has a very user friendly interface so it took me very little time to get used to the layout and insert the features I'd like to use with my Shopify account. I did encounter a bug concerning the pre-order function, but I scheduled a free website test call and got the problem fixed within 20 minutes! Jolo was my support contact and he's amazing. Very helpful and friendly to talk to! I'm very satisfied with Timesact and can't wait to use more of their features :)

Quick, easy, and intuitive set up. This app has the basic pre-order options nailed and their support staff is incredibly friendly and helpful (thanks, Jolo!) Excited to see how Timesact levels up our ability to pre-sell products!

I just completed my onboarding video chat with Romell and he was fantastic! He explained the use and navigation of the app perfectly and showed me how I can best intigrate it with my company's needs. This app has been an amazing addition to our site. It has allowed us to set up inventory that, once out of stock, is automatically converted to pre-order. It helps us clearly communicate lead times to our customers both in the product page and in cart. Most of our products are actually made to order, and we've been able to take numerous pre-orders without issue thanks to this app. Easy to set up, easy to update, and responsive customer service.

Launching the app was super simple. To expedite set-up, I took advantage of the 1-on-1 zoom support immediately at time of trial sign-up. I was up and running in no time and all my questions were answered clearly by Jolo. The experience of quality, personalized customer service was top notch. Thank you!
