The video support/Set Up call was excellent. Jolo took the time to explain the nuances of the app which was useful having not used it before. He answered all questions I had and went above and beyond adding some code to our website to ensure the Pre-Order Banner and message were formatted correctly. He set up a template and added it to one of our products to make sure it was working and displaying correctly. He also went through the full work flow to ensure all messages were where they should be. Great service all round!

Pam was very helpful and provided a guided thorough set up for us. The support team is very responsive. We are new to the app but it appears the features are exactly what we are looking for.

The app is very useful to manage your out of stock/pre-orders. Their support team is AMAZING! It didn't even take half a day to have all my special requests answered and customized. Really impressive and well-trained team. Highly recommend.

I've only just installed but it's looking very good so far. The set up tutorials make it a breeze, we had a glitch during set up so I contacted support and they had the problem remedied in minutes. Very happy so far!

The app is simply excellent. It does exactly what is advertised, and does it really well. I have set everything up in half an hour, and started taking pre-orders right away. The support team is remarkable, not only quickly solved the issue I was complaining about, but also found another issue I forgot to tell them about — very proactive and friendly. And the last but not least: I loved their intro session where they explain you the app and help you set it up, it is just great. All in all, an excellent app and a great team!

App works really well and support team are fantastic, quick, responsive and I'm able to get pre orders listed on my site really quickly and easily!

I have only used the app for one day, but the customer service and the initial free call were great. I was able to ask every question and received quick help to make the app work better in my store.

I'm still learning the app, but I can see how impactful it will be for increasing sales and also for making our current customers' lives so much easier! The in-person walk through with Jolo - was amazing! No one does in-person anymore, so this added touch goes along way toward increasing my confidence in using the app as well as leaving me with a very positive feeling about Preorder. I can't wait to dig in and start implementing!

Very helpful initial call, I appreciate they have something kin to a pay as you go system rather than free trial and immediately locked in. Great work!
