Tech support is very responsive and takes your issues at heart. I had the chance to review my set up of the app with them and make sure that all was in order as well as learn a few tricks. They even gave us a few more free pre-orders before we can subscribe to a plan. Very satisfied!

Very happy with this app. The app has allowed us to offer pre-orders on sizes and styles that we don't yet have, and make sure that customers can buy any of our products even if they are out of stock. Also, devs have been very quick to respond.

We do an annual preorder. I used this app last year and just knew I wanted to use it again this year. The app is easy to use. It's been reliable. The customer service is amazing! I'm really happy with it and would recommend to anyone.

This app seems to have a great balance between simplicity and customization. I booked the intro call, and my rep, Jolo, was super helpful with walking me through the steps, capabilities and answering all my questions. Thanks Jolo! What's more, is there's a customer service via Chat which makes me feel confident that I can get the support I need, if I ever get stuck.
