This app has been an amazing addition to our site. It has allowed us to set up inventory that, once out of stock, is automatically converted to pre-order. It helps us clearly communicate lead times to our customers both in the product page and in cart. Most of our products are actually made to order, and we've been able to take numerous pre-orders without issue thanks to this app. Easy to set up, easy to update, and responsive customer service.

Launching the app was super simple. To expedite set-up, I took advantage of the 1-on-1 zoom support immediately at time of trial sign-up. I was up and running in no time and all my questions were answered clearly by Jolo. The experience of quality, personalized customer service was top notch. Thank you!

I booked a call with there tech support team to make sure everything would be prepared for my product launch next week. I got connected with Rommel, and he was incredible, you can always tell a great service by the knowledge one has about their own product, and all of my questions were answered without issue. I couldn't recommend this app enough!

Wow! Timesact not only has an incredibly intuitive user interface that allows anyone to feel comfortable to go in and set up pre-orders but where I'm really surprised is with the level of care for customer support. I've needed their assistance with a few custom attributes on our store, and their tech team is incredibly responsive at all hours. Honestly a fantastic solution for pre-orders.

This is THE app you need. I downloaded this app in a panic after selling out a viral dress. It was so easy to install and the team members assisting behind the on site chat function were absolutely phenomenal! I had pre order up and running the same day and when i needed to re-customise some of the dates that certain products would be available, Pam talked me through it in under five minutes. If i could give this 10 stars I would.

Great app, but not only that the support received is excellent. Immediate help and everything is done for you without questions. 'Princess' in particular is a great asset to the company. Thank you once again.

I use this app quite a lot. Never had any issues. Easy to set up and update. And I just spoke to Jolo - their customer support rep, via video call. I love their customer support!

Enorm tevreden over deze pre-order app! Duidelijke instructies, doet wat het beloopt en zelfs toen ik hulp nodig had, werd ik binnen een kwartiertje geholpen door een medewerker. Zeker een aanrader
