It's early day for us using the app. This transition over from another app has been planned for a few months. After experiencing too many issues with our old preorder app, I moved was a must. Preorders play a big part in our business, we needed reliability. Timesact came highly recommended and the reviews speak for themselves. The customer service team have been really helpful in getting us up and running. Very pleased we finally moved to a better app to support us going forward.

[UPDATE] Very well designed app. App does a lot of things without custom coding other apps can only do with custom coding that would take forever to get implemented. Definitely one of the very well-thought-of app! Would highly recommend! Jolo from customer support was awesome as he helped and guided me through a couple of very useful functions. [OLD] Super fast customer support and reasonable pricing for functions the app provides! Love how you can customize each products for pre-order, back in stock, etc.

I’m very happy to have switched to your app. Great functionality and support have been amazing. Really appreciate. As a small business owner wearing many hats, often multiple ones at the same time, this kind of support can make a massive difference in time of need. Yesterday, because of stock issues, I had to prepare different pre-order messages in such a hurry before heading to the airport and credit to Pam who was fantastic. Keep up the great work.

What was really helpful was the set-up call at the beginning. We started the set-up and then were able to complete it live with Rommel. We look forward to continue using the app.

Amazing customer support! Very responsive over email, chat, and they even hop on Zoom calls to walk you through set up and troubleshoot any questions. App is flexible, so you pay for what you use, and can downgrade when you don't need the features. Incredibly satisfied with this app.

This was truly a great experience. I have been shopping PreOrder apps and this is the best to date. Jolo made the experience worth it. he is a great instructor, very informative and very helpful in getting the product integrated into the store. I look forward to more developments from this company

I tried another “free” pre-order app that absolutely didn’t work. The customer service was terrible. Get what you pay for, expect … This app is great. It took me a minute to figure out the interface, because I totally did not use the tutorials. But it works great, and when I ran into an issue — even before paying — the customer service folks fixed it in 2 minutes without asking for admin access to my shop. Which has happened on other apps. Turns out it was an animation on my theme that was the problem. They could tweak the code on their end to fix. Highly recommend.

Setting up the app was super easy and we did our first pre-sale item with one minor issue. I set up a phone chat with support and Jolo explained the setting I needed to change to fix the issue and it was solved. Great customer service, awesome app!

The app is working great for us. Some of their pre-order features didn't work for our custom theme, but the issue was fixed quickly after contacting the support team.
