Jolie was absolutely amazing. Made the onboarding process easy to understand. The app itself is not very complicated if you give it a few minutes of exploration and the YouTube videos make it very easy to follow along and learn without needing too much outside support. I suggest taking to time to utilize the free 30 minute call to get any add all questions answered I. Real time with a visual representation of what to do as you follow along. Absolutely necessary app!

I wholeheartedly recommend Timesact on shopify to take care of your preorder. It's easy to use, and it sets you up perfectly. Their customer service is second to none. I was doing something wrong with my setup, and reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly, and effectively in taking care of my issue. Now my presale is set up seamlessly!

We have just added this app a few days ago, and as I am brand new to it, I've had to reach out to the support team quite often. Each time my inquiries were addressed thoroughly and followed up promptly if they had to be escalated. All in all, it has been such a pleasant experience working with their tech team. And a shout out to Pam, who has been the go to person all this time, and she's been beyond helpful :)

I love TimeSact! I've done several pre-order campaigns and have found the app easy to set up and manage my products. The support is also excellent. I'm totally new to running an ecommerce business and have been struggling to get enough product made and photographed to allow me to launch our site. Then, I realized there was particular interest in one product we make and that setting up a "pre-order" might be a great way to launch our brand in a limited way - but having never done it before, I was unsure how to proceed. This app made it simple and seamless and the orders are flowing in without any problems. I'm thrilled.
