I’m currently still in the setup phase of my pre-orders, but I already wanted to leave a 5-star review! I chose Timesact because it seemed very complete and perfectly aligned with what I had in mind - especially the separate carts when mixing in-stock items and pre-orders, which is incredibly convenient. What truly convinced me, though, was the support. I had a setup call with their team and they helped me adjust everything quickly and efficiently. Super responsive, clear explanations, and real help - not just generic answers. I feel that I'll be helped efficiently and quickly if and when needed, I'm not alone :) A big bravo to the team! Now I understand why this app has so many 5-star reviews :)

Great support. I highly recommend booking the Free setup call tutorial. It'll save you a lot of time trying to figure out everything by yourself.

I had a minor tech glitch I wasn't able to resolve on my own. Customer support was fast! They had it resolved in under 24 hours. I'm on the Free Plan now and yet the customer support was GREAT. Looking forward to using this new tool for our Shopify store to help us with pre-order and inventory management once our orders start coming in soon. Highly recommend.

This app is fantastic, covering all the bases -- pre-orders, shipping delay notifications, back-in-stock notifications, etc. It is so highly customizable, it can be a bit complicated, but the customer service is top-notch, with a response usually within seconds and very helpful user guides. The pricing is reasonable, with options suitable for tiny to large businesses. One of my favorite apps!!
