I was looking for a Pre-Order solution and decided to download Timeact. I found the app to be very intuitive and was able to set up my Pre-Orders fairly quickly and easily. I decided to enroll in the free onboarding session that would take place the following morning just to ensure I didn't miss anything in the set up process, and to get any advice from the Timesact team in best practices. The rep, Rommel, was so amazing in helping to answer my clarification questions, he ended up coding a few items so that my Pre-Order banner showed up correctly, and made suggestions and recommendations to consider as I planned future products. He even explained the pricing structure which was not very clear to me in the app. Overall, I'm super happy with the app and look forward to leveraging it for my business!

This app is lovely and easy to navigate. We primarily use the pre-order function, and Timesact has all the necessary and advanced features available, from an all-around message display and partial payment option to special discounts. Not only was I impressed by the features of the app, but I was also amazed by the customer service. There is a free onboarding session for every new user, and Rommel, the account manager, walked me through the app and patiently explained everything and answered my questions. A live chat agent is also available during regular business hours, which provides significant reassurance in case anything unexpected occurs. Timesact starts charging once you have used up the 10 free pre-orders, which is understandable. After all, every business needs to generate revenue to keep running. The price after the free plan is reasonable compared to other apps out there offering similar functions. The bottom line is, if you are looking for an app that handles pre-orders, back-in-stock notifications, etc., I would strongly recommend Timesact.

非常容易设定和添加产品。如果可以更改字体就更好了。比如说Important Notice上的字体，不能和Theme的字体统一的。但是颜色是可以修改成一样的，所以也不是太大问题。可以设定折扣和full payment或者partial payment。比如说可以设定先付一定比例的定金，然后设计具体日期扣钱，可以指定日期，也可以几天/月后自动扣钱，基本符合了我的需求。暂时还没有订单，希望有订单后更好测试流程和rules。 Onboarding meeting非常有用，June非常helpful。因为我的theme比较多customised，所以需要她来帮忙添加Pre-order的badge在产品页和collection页面上，还有需要提高页面显示速度。June都非常快的解决问题，而且还提供很好的页面和文案修改建议。推荐新用户都尝试一下预约这个meeting。很有用！

The onboarding process was really informative and detailed. I feel confident about setting up my products for Pre-Order and Restock. Also, I appreciate that there are tutorials that I can refer to if I need help in the future.

Our 'Canadian Forge' shop is an established Shopify store with 3000 SKUs and I've never had a better instructive session with an app developer. I really like this app! Very easy navigation, very user-friendly interface and the most important application does not require special skills and knowledge. I have tried several apps but this is the only one I think is the best! As a designer, it's very important for me that all applications are easy to use because I can't spend a lot of time learning an application. I was looking for an application that would not interfere with my work, but just help me to work, and this application completely meets my requirements! Also special thanks to technical support for quick answers and help! Surprisingly, the guys can solve any problem in a few minutes. I really highly recommend this app!

Great free onboarding just for installing the app. No need to figure this thing out on your own. A real person will hop on a video call with you to guide you through set up.

Great features and perfect for the pre-orders I'm doing. Their support team is great. They gave me a free onboarding video call where they explained the features and I was able to ask any questions. Probably the best most efficient support I have ever received on an app. Truly & Highly recommend this app for managing pre-orders and for super quick installation support.

While I’ve only had the app for a short while, I ran into an issue at midnight before my pre order started for my website. Jonathan on the live chat walked through all my settings with me and got things up and running. A+++ for customer service.

So far so good! Onboarding was really helpful and I'd recommend but the app does seem straight forward to use and I like the flexible plan.
