I have just recently started using Timesact and so far the app has been great, but the tech support alone has been worth the price. I have worked with 3 different people now, and all of them were incredibly helpful and surprisingly quick to respond. I don't remember everyone's name, but Princess helped the out the most recently and most of my issues were resolved immediately, and the problems that needed more time were fixed within a couple of hours, where other services I have used would take days. So far so great! I will update again once I have had more time using Timesact!

Awesome onboarding with June and Jonathan, very helpful and clear about how to use the app. The app seems really intuitive, can't wait to use it for my pre-orders. Again, thank you June and Jonathan for your help, patience and kindness. Would totally recommend, at least trying, Timesact !

1 A support. etwas was nicht passt, wurde passend gemacht. Danke an Robert und das Team. Sogar Verbesserungsvorschläge wurde angenommen und beim nächsten Update umgesetzt. Hier geht man auf Kundenwünsche ein und hilft wo man kann.

They offer an onboarding call for everyone that downloads the app. I just had my call and it was super helpful. The staff is very kind and responsive! Highly recommend!

The app is easy to set up and works well for our store. Customer service was superb and quick! Would recommend it to anyone who's trying to set up the preorder system in their stores.

Buna ziua oameni buni, Folosim aplicația de peste o luna de zile și ne declaram pe deplin multumiți. Am încercat și alte aplicații dar nu se compara cu aceasta. In primul rând aplicația trimite și notificări cu produsele precomandă pe email clienților . Am avut un bug cu tema magazinului și a fost rezolvat de echipa intr-o ora. Jos pălăria! Țineți-o tot așa!

Wow - we are super impressed about the Team behind this app. The customer support they offer is incredible! We almost couldn't match our deadline for the launch of our new webshop version & collection, but Robert, one of the founders, was super helpful and even helped us out with other shopify issues not directly related to the pre-order button and finally saved our day! Super hard-working and customer friendly team developing a very useful and user-friendly app! can highly recommend!

So far, absolutely amazing! 1 - We were able to create pre-orders within 10 minutes of installing the app. Very user-friendly and had all the features we needed. 2 - One feature wasn't working automatically (the pre-sale badge on product images) and after I emailed them, they fixed it in less than 20 minutes. Congratulations on the customer service. It seems like this app works perfectly, at least the first impression is great.

While I'm just getting started with the app, my user experience so far has been Top Notch. The founder created a series of videos that I found on Youtube that provide great overviews of the different functionality of the app, with the right level of detail at every turn. In addition, the company offers an awesome (and free) onboarding session, led by professionals that know their stuff. I came prepared with several detailed questions and a few customizations/requests, and my rep delivered results by offering precise recommendations and action items.

Princess did an amazing job walking me through how to set up pre-orders. I needed to set up something quickly after an influencer helped to sell out my inventory in less than 12 hours. Thank you Princess for making this an easy process!

Had a lovely gentleman named Jovan iron out any issue I had and he was so quick! I had tried another similar app but the customer support wasn't the same. Very impressed with Timesact, highly recommend! :)

Switched over from a different Pre-Order app to Timesact Pre-Order. We were able to quickly and easily create multiple custom templates and bulk import products without any trouble. We had some optimization issues that were quickly resolved and are very happy with the flexibility, ease of use, and customer service!

I just finished my onboarding session with June and I can't wait to dive into the Timesact Pre-Order and Back-in-Stock app! June had already reviewed my website and the questions I'd submitted prior to our onboarding session and she was able to answer all of my questions. She was gracious with her time and helped me to become familiar with all of the tools that are available to me. This app's flexibility--both in terms of functionality and pricing--is just what I need to help market my new and existing products! June didn't try to sell me on any particular level of pricing. She simply gave me the information I need to make an informed decision on what's best for my business! She was quick to understand my needs and she made it easy for me to understand how to navigate, customize, and use the app. I'm excited to start using it!
