Leslie was cordial and super intuitive with the app. I am continuing to play around with the control panel and interface more and its starting to flow nicely. I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a Pre-Order and Restock notification App for Shopify!

I just had a live support session with June and I found this so helpful! I am a new boutique owner and NEED all the help I can get with leveraging product receipts, marketing and inventory management. As an entrepreneur saving time and making best use of it is a priority and I appreciate a company like Timesact who invest time in their users, I'm a huge fan already!

So far brilliant and easy to use bearing in mind I am not very technical. I had a couple of small issues, but Rommel answered and sorted my queries very quickly. So far I think its a great app, am still testing and learning, does what I wanted at a good price. Thankyou.

He took the time to patiently explain how to use the Timesact Pre-Order app, and when we found a few issues during setup, he promptly escalated them and resolved them within minutes. The onboarding session was so helpful. I had played around with the app and got the basics correct, but the little tweaks to the code needed for a customized Theme was beyond my capabilities, to add the banners and badges to product codes etc. I was even helped to speed up my site a little. Really good onboarding, the app have a lot of features that are really good but could be a little confusing sometimes, but everything can get solve with customer support, easy to contact them and they are willing to help you in anything you need
