I signed up for Timesact and as a visual learner, I didn't want to read any instructions! Within 5 minutes of signing up, I had managed to book a Zoom training session. This was hosted by June and in 30 minutes she covered all the basics, resolved any queries and kept me informed about different ways to utilise the platform. I'd highly recommend booking this session & can't believe it was free. Thanks so much!

It is truly rare to encounter customer service as good as this app offers. I was able to contact them and chat immediately. I wanted to make a customization and told them I could do it myself if they would just give me some instructions, and they just went and took care of it without me having to do anything. It was like magic! The support from this team is unparalleled.

I had a problem with my pre order system, I contacted the customer service and the reply was prompt and straight to the point. They provided me different alternatives on how to solve my problem so I could choose the one that better suited my case. Very efficient, kind and precise. Strongly recommended!

I don't need to mention that the app itself is just great, but what I want to highlight here is that we got 30 minutes free onboarding session! You can work your own website with friendly staff and get the individual advice and support. I am very impressed and glad to know about the app! (Thank you for your great assistance, June :) )
