Switched over from a different Pre-Order app to Timesact Pre-Order. We were able to quickly and easily create multiple custom templates and bulk import products without any trouble. We had some optimization issues that were quickly resolved and are very happy with the flexibility, ease of use, and customer service!

I just finished my onboarding session with June and I can't wait to dive into the Timesact Pre-Order and Back-in-Stock app! June had already reviewed my website and the questions I'd submitted prior to our onboarding session and she was able to answer all of my questions. She was gracious with her time and helped me to become familiar with all of the tools that are available to me. This app's flexibility--both in terms of functionality and pricing--is just what I need to help market my new and existing products! June didn't try to sell me on any particular level of pricing. She simply gave me the information I need to make an informed decision on what's best for my business! She was quick to understand my needs and she made it easy for me to understand how to navigate, customize, and use the app. I'm excited to start using it!

I had a great onboarding with June, super helpful and patient with my endless questions! June went through all that I would need to know and was happy to recommend based on what my store would need. I needed to get this up and running quickly. I tried for a few minutes but ran into a problem with my logo. I went ahead and booked a meeting via their Calendly link. I should have done that at the beginning! June immediately jumped in and explained things so clearly. It helped me get everything up and running in under an hour. I wish all customer service were this helpful! We could accomplish so much if everyone were like June at Timesact! June, you rock! Thank you for your time! AMAZING customer service! Nothing like a real human with real skills and an awesome personality!

De app werkt heel goed en is makkelijk in gebruik. Ik had één issue (wat overigens van te voren werd aangegeven als opmerking). Ik kon dus gericht contact opnemen met het supportteam om mij te helpen. Ik kreeg binnen 5 minuten reactie en alles was geregeld binnen een half uur. Heel snelle support, super fijn!

I needed help today solving a Pre-Order listing issue. It took less than 1 minute to get someone on the Chat. Not 5 minutes later, my issue was resolved! Their Customer Service is amazing and will walk you through each steps. I've had this app for a few months. Extremely easy to setup the products, very well prices (comparing to other apps), and amazing Customer Service. Highly recommend you giving them a try!!!

Tellement satisfaite du service à la clientèle! Nous avons eu une problématique, causée par un autre app. et l'équipe de Timesact à répondu sur le champ à notre question, a réglé notre problématique très rapidement, nous a donné des conseils sur l'optimisation que nous pourrions faire avec le logiciel, et ils ont pris le temps de comprendre nos besoins futurs afin de voir ce qui serait possible comme amélioration. Une très grande écoute, une rapidité d'exécution et une ouverture d'esprit. J'ai adoré mon expérience via leur service à la clientèle, je recommande!!

This app is great if you are looking to have pre-orders on your site. Their customer service is also excellent and gives you real-time support. They were able to set up my pre-orders for me and quickly solve any questions I had. Great service!

Works flawlessly and looks great! Easily the best pre-order app we've tried. Our store has moderate customization, and was suffering from invasive code left behind by a previous preorder app, so I expected to need a bit of help from the developer. But with lightning quick assistance from the Timesact support team, the app was functioning perfectly in no time. Quite possibly the best customer support I've ever received. Just an awesome experience all-around.
