Works flawlessly and looks great! Easily the best pre-order app we've tried. Our store has moderate customization, and was suffering from invasive code left behind by a previous preorder app, so I expected to need a bit of help from the developer. So far so good with the app. Customer Service was quick and easily explained setup issues. There are a few small quirks with the UI (like the Available Date selected was always one day behind the day I'd click), but easily worked around.

I signed up for Timesact and as a visual learner, I didn't want to read any instructions! Within 5 minutes of signing up, I had managed to book a Zoom training session. This was hosted by June and in 30 minutes she covered all the basics, resolved any queries and kept me informed about different ways to utilise the platform. I'd highly recommend booking this session & can't believe it was free. Thanks so much!

It is truly rare to encounter customer service as good as this app offers. I was able to contact them and chat immediately. I wanted to make a customization and told them I could do it myself if they would just give me some instructions, and they just went and took care of it without me having to do anything.
