I find Timesact very simple to use with clean and easy to understand interface. Started using this app after having too many technical problems with 3 other competitor apps we've been using. Every question I had was answered within the hour- highly recommended!

We are just starting up our business & website and needed to set up pre-orders. I looked at a number of different apps on the app store and landed on Timesact because it looked easy to use and had great customer support. After adding it to our store, I can confirm that it is extremely user-friendly! I also reached out to them so I could get a badge added to our photos, and Andrei was super quick to respond! He explained everything step-by-step, quickly added what we needed, and followed up to make sure we were happy with it. I highly recommend this app!

Easy to install (and we tried another app first). Customer service from the founder has been seamless, informative and proactive. Plus everything we want from 1) branding; 2) banner on our products; 3) email drip were in place within 1 day.

Andrei a adapté les badges dont j'avais besoin à ma charte graphique en quelques minutes. L'application s'intègre très bien à mon site sans perte de vitesse ni bug. Je suis vraiment ravie. Merci à toute l'équipe ! Great application! I installed it and took it in hand very quickly and easily. The customer service is really responsive, despite the time difference. Andrei adapted the badges I needed to my graphic design in a few minutes. The application integrates very well with my website without any loss of speed or bugs. I'm really happy! I just started with this app and was able to get started pretty seamlessly. That's great in itself, but what really separates this app is the customer service. Andrei the founder jumped on an onboarding call with me to really help me understand best practices. He even make some customizations for me within a few hours! Great app and I'm sure there are more great things to come!

I just installed this app and Andrei was so quick to help me get any styling issues or placement issues resolved. He also gave me the code so that I can have the mixed cart pop-up styled to be more on brand. I haven't taken any orders with it just yet, but so far it's easy to install and setup.

Awesome app and suuuuper fast customer service! Would definitely recommend and have tried a few different apps, this is def the best one. So fast and easy to set up! The preorder discount option that is included is awesome.

Great overall experience provided by Andrei and the team. They gave a free walk-through and helped to code the app into my store. Very easy process to get it up and running in a very short period of time and we have been getting pre-orders with no issues since installation.

This app is great. I added around 5-6 pre-order apps and none of them are as good or slick as this one. I cant emphasise this enough - if you are looking for a pre-order app, ignore the other ones in the shopify store, this is the best one. The cherry on top is the customer service by Andrei - absolutely fantastic, he even helped clear my site of old code left by the other pre-order apps.

I booked this app to pre-book festive hampers. I have just installed it and it was quite easy. I required support to add the badge for pre-booking as I have customised my theme to some extent. I was surprised to get it resolved within a few hours. Extremely responsive customer support. Thank you for the quick resolution. I will update on the performance of the app soon.
