This feature has helped us retain customers by tracking an allowing pre orders on sought after items. Technical support even went as far as to reach out on social when our outlook was down.

I tried a few apps before landing on Timesact. The app interface is the best of the bunch, and the customer service was super fast, even over holidays and weekends. They solved the issues quickly, and we were up and running.

Easy to use and make money from. Easy to see how successful preorders have been. Some technical glitches, but support is very responsive.

It does everything we need it to do! I installed it, needed a little tech support to get the badges showing up on all collection pages and within hours the Timesact team had sorted it all out for me. Very happy with this app.

Robert did a terrific job addressing my issue with the pre-order button not functioning on my end. I highly recommend Timesact if you’re looking for outstanding customer service, issues addressed in no time, and wanting a user friendly app-get Timesact!

So far so good. Much easier to work with than any of the other preorder apps we've used before. Customer service has been wonderful. They are very quick to handle any issues or customizations, even offering service to us on the weekend once. Excited to continue using it and very excited about their new features.

App très simple à prendre en main, et qui fait exactement ce qu'elle annonce. Le petit plus : June a été parfaite lors de la visio d'onboarding, très pro avec une bonne humeur communicative. Merci June ! Nous avons hâte de voir tout le potentiel de l'app dans les mois qui viennent.

Andrei from timesact is super helpful. They recently changed their app and i was confused on where to access some of their old functionality and he assisted me promptly. This is definitely the best preorder app we’ve used. Highly reccomended!

Needed some help to get this app working exactly the way we wanted it and so contacted Timesact Support. Had a reply within minutes from Miezty who was super helpful. By the following morning the custom changes had been done and were working! Really impressive customer support, the way it should be. Thanks.
