So far so good with the app. Customer Service was quick and easily explained setup issues. There are a few small quirks with the UI (like the Available Date selected was always one day behind the day I'd click), but easily worked around.

This was hosted by June and in 30 minutes she covered all the basics, resolved any queries and kept me informed about different ways to utilise the platform. It is truly rare to encounter customer service as good as this app offers. I was able to contact them and chat immediately.
