Just about to try it out, but their support team was really helpful in doing a code cleanup for us from previous pre-order apps that we tried using and had multiple issues with.

Ich bin beeindruckt von der Schnelligkeit, mit der hier individuelle Anpassungen vorgenommen wurden. Die App selbst lässt sich schnell & komfortabel installieren, wobei der Installationsprozess selbsterklärend ist. Individuell notwendige Änderungen wurden in kürzester Zeit nach der Installation - am gleichen Tag - sofort erledigt und angepasst, bis ich zufrieden war, tolle App, toller Entwickler!

Andrei the founder was very helpful! He was super clear when I needed support, and was able to make custom edits for me. The app is doing exactly what I need it to, I'm beyond pleased :)

It's not a perfect solution but it's as close as it can get with what we are able to do without completely rewriting the code of our website. Andrei was GOAT for going above and beyond to help fix the backend to make it work as best he could. That alone is a rare trait these days and that alone should convince you to use this app over other pre-order apps out there. The actual button works well and the backend while takes a moment to learn, works well. I need to keep using it to familiarize myself with it so I can get it working quickly but it won't be long. Anyways, definitely an A+ from me for an all-around experience with this app.

Ich habe darauf hin den Support ( Danke Andrej) kontaktiert und muss sagen, das diese Unterstützung, was die fachliche und auch die zeitliche Thematik angeht als perfekt zu bezeichnen ist. Habe ich so noch nicht erlebt, Respekt und Danke.

App and support team are great overall. I have a lot of custom pages on my website and needed a lot of custom features that were easily resolved by Andrei from their support team. If you need features that are not immediately answered by the app definitely reach out to their support and they will help you out.

Timesact ist nicht nur kostenlos, sondern einfach und verständlich aufgebaut. Produkte lassen sich manuell hinzufügen, was ein Vorteil gegenüber automatischen, Ki-basierten Apps ist. Bei der manchmal notwendigen Anpassung der Produktübersichten bzw. Kollektionen wurde super schnell reagiert und alles korrekt umgesetzt. Vielen Dank nochmals und eine klare Empfehlung von uns.

The app does exactly what you need and allows you to add pre-orders in a simple way, with lots of customisation. More importantly, the support from Andrei is the best you can ask for. Highly highly recommended

Le support est incroyable, je n'ai jamais vu ça. L'entreprise intervient directement sur la boutique pour régler ce qui ne fonctionne pas. Application géniale.
