The customer service for this app has been fabulous. Andrei was able to do a customized upload for me and left me with a video to instruct me on future changes. I wish more apps customer service took this much individual care.

Abgesehen davon das die APP sehr gut funktioniert.Ich hab so ein Service und so einen Technischen fähigen Support nicht gesehen.Ich hatte Probleme mit meinem Themen.Andrej setzt sich bin 5 min hin und reparierte mein Themen wo ein anderer App anbieten gefuscht hat.Ich kann Kairock Partners SRL nur empfehlen.Großes Lob an euch danke

We switched to this app as our previous pre-order app stopped working and wasn't marking things for pre-order. We installed this app and reached out to have the coding sorted as our theme was a custom theme. We also asked him to help us get a huge chunk of our items into the pre-order listing and he did! Greatly appreciate Andrei assistance in getting the app running smoothly for us. I am using this app to help me capture sales of items that are out of stock of and plan to get back in. Not only do I love that it offers the pre-order, but I can also offer the incentive of a discount for the customers inconvenience to wait on receiving the product. Lastly, when I was unable to perform adding the function of the label, the customer service for the app was speedy and responsive to help!

This is definitely the best pre-order app out there in the App Store. It lets you do everything you want to do and even customize the call-outs. Plus on top of it, their customer service is stellar. We use Timesact for displaying and processing our pre-orders. Apps are great, but it's their support that truly shines the light on their true worth. I have been blown away by Timesact's support! I sent a one line message to support and within a few hours, Andrei asked if he could get access to have a look in our admin. Then a couple of hours later, I had a video that explained why/how we'd messed things up and the easy solution to get it all good again. That is awesome support!

Timesact and the customer support I received directly from Andrei were out of this world as we prepared our site prior to airing on "Shark Tank!" With the uncertainty of how soon we would run out of product, and how much traffic to expect from the airing, Andrei went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up and would run smoothly when our stock ran out, per variant. We are using this app in our jewelry shop, soulmate38.de, to give customers the opportunity to order pieces that first have to be produced for them. The app is easy to use and foremost, you get great and fast support if you face any issues!

Highly Recommended! We love this app, its awesome for Pre-Orders, Back Orders and Special order items. Best thing about it is your not paying the usual monthly subscription, only for use (products sold using the app) which is great for companies like ours. I tried a few Pre-Order apps before this one and I had several issues (one I couldn't even get to install). Timesact | Discount Pre-Order installed first try and integrated with my theme seamlessly! After a few months of use, I recently had a small issue and I requested assistance, I received an email response quickly and issue was resolved very quickly with minimal disruption to me or my business. The Icing on the cake - I have suggested and update due to some forthcoming changes with marketing and advertising, these changes have been noted and they are already working on an update!
