Their customer service team is incredibly responsive when it comes to integration issues. I initially went with a different app that didn’t reply at all—knowing what I know now, I’ll stick with Timesact every time. It’s hard to find companies who take pride in their work and also provide exceptional customer service. Ken was a doll!

Excellent app, Had a query and it was answered really quickly. The ability to quickly redirect customers to another product instead on the website which is available is a big help. Would recommend highly

This app is absolutely crucial for scaling up. My sales are automated and I don’t have to pay for marketing. The customer service far surpasses any application I’ve ever used with Shopify. Don’t look anywhere else this one is the best for preorders, and notifications. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Wow! Rommel was exactly what I needed when I needed it. We had a last minute panic switching from another pre-order app that just wasn’t meeting our needs (it didn’t even let us cap quantities per product, a huge dealbreaker for us). At nearly 10pm the night before our launch, we installed Timesact and managed to get everything set up quickly. There were just a couple of small things I couldn’t figure out, so I reached out to their support team... They replied within ONE minute and had both issues fixed within two more. I’ve never had service like this on any Shopify app. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review and I’m honestly 150% impressed. The app does exactly what we need, clean pre-order setup and the ability to cap units so we don’t oversell. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This app saved our launch. Karmyn | Chundee

Really impressed with the level of support and patience by Roman. Thank you for customising the "Coming Soon" badge and button on our store. It made all the difference to the aesthetic of our product page. It now seamlessly matches our theme :)
