This is the easiest to use, most straight forward pre-ordering app I've tried (after using 5 others). They don't have product banners on collection or homepage yet but other than that it's perfect. The support from Andrei was particularly amazing with instant replies and going the extra mile to personalise fonts and banners for me, for my site. I'm looking forward to the next update (banners on collection & homepage!)

シンプルかつ必要十分な予約注文アプリをお探しの方には、非常におすすめです。他にも様々な予約注文アプリを試してみましたが、バグが多かったり、テーマとの干渉がどうしても解決しなかったりと、納得いくものが見つかりませんでした。その反面、こちらはテーマとの干渉があったとしても、サポートに問い合わせをすることで大抵解決しました。また、サポートも非常に素晴らしいです。チャットサポートにより、問い合わせをしてからすぐに返信が届き感動しました。他社アプリに比べ機能面で劣る面もありますが、殆どの方に必要な機能は全て備わっているので、問題無いと思います。アプリは日本語翻訳もされており、サポートも日本語で問い合わせをしてもできる限り対応してくださるそうなので、海外アプリでサポート面に不安がある方にもおすすめです。

Worked Andrei today and he was able to fix my issue my preorder display. He also went above and beyond to offer assistance with adding a preorder banner on my images. Fantastic customer support.

We use the App only for Pre-Orders and it works perfectly. Amazing Support!! We had an extra loop to do and they solved it not only quickly but also they adjusted it to our CD. We highly recommend this App !

Aplicația este dezvoltată de români, da, și e chiar foarte bună! Face exact ce promite și fără prea mari bătăi de cap. Dacă aveți nevoie de ajutor sau customizări, Andrei e mereu la dispoziția voastră. Am rămas plăcut surprinși și vom continua să folosim aplicația! I run my business based around pre-sales, and this is the perfect app. It's simple to set up and use, it works perfectly, it's priced fairly, and it has all the features I'm looking for. However what really made this app amazing is the customer service. Andrei has been nothing short of amazing. I've had multiple times where I've reached out to him with questions and he has gone above and beyond, answered very promptly.

I am using this app in a fairly basic way - simply for pre-orders at the moment. That being said, it does exactly what it claims and was extremely easy to set up. Within 3 hours of it being set up I received my first pre-order so I'd say I anticipate it being a success. I also want to thank support who responded to my request for assistance with the badging in such a timely manner (especially considering I'm in Australia and they are in the US!). Absolutely brilliant service. Keep up the awesome work!

We have been using the app for about 2 weeks and it does exactly what we needed it to do. Easy to setup pre-order and it allows us to customize the pre-order with a discount, limited quantities and expiry on the pre-order. Customer support was also great when we ran into issues with integrating the app with our theme. Very fast response and Andrei was able to modify our theme so that the app works on the product page, collection page and even the quick add screen. Highly recommend if you want to setup pre-orders the right way.

Have tried different pre-order app, and this one is a hidden gem! Love how simple and user-friendly it is, and it just works perfectly. Much appreciated for Andrei to help with coding, he's very helpful and patiently listen to my needs. Big love x

I just started using this app, after trying a couple of more established ones. It's very user friendly. Also, though some of the features are still being built, the customer service team managed to customize things for me, such as the badge and the text that goes around the button, in no time.
