I used this app to add a 'pre-order' feature as an option for my customers, and it also has a discount feature integrated that you can add for your customers who actually pre-order the product. I love how easy it was to use. It is a very intuitive app, that is also free for the first 15 products I believe. I highly recommend this app. I also love that their interface design completely blended with mine and one cannot tell that I am using an outside app.

The app is very easy to configurate and very user-friendly. The support is very quick and there are not any issues when installed. I recomend it 100%. I have tried several apps and with Back in stock I have problem with this app both apps works. Otherwise, you can track alloreder with the tags in the orders and the user know excatly each moment is a pre-order.

We have tried out several of the Pre-Order Apps available on the Shopify App Store. Timesact's Discount Pre-Order app was by far the easiest to use with some great features. Some of the competing apps that would allow us to take pre-orders for specific product variants were far more expensive. When we needed assistance the customer service was some of the best we have received on the Shopify platform to date. Great work by the Timesact Team!

I used the app to set up my pre order app. I was very nervous because apps usually aren't very straight forward. Andrie walked me through everything he was an amazing help,knowledgeable, and patient He actually was very prompt in answering my email he even gave me a follow up email to make sure I was more than satisfied with this app. I would recommend to anyone

Before Timesact, there was no solution for having a pre-order automatically turn on when stock hit 0 with product pages that were mostly built with PageFly. Luckily, Timesact's customer service and engineering team is amazing and were able to make it happen for us. The app works perfectly and is exactly what I wanted. They essentially custom built us a mod of their software. That is above and beyond customer service. Highly recommended.

I have used this app and it does seem as though it is the best out of all the others for the price. The only thing that is really missing is the opportunity to write down the expected delivery date when customers purchase

Not only is the app super fast, simple, and intuitive, Timesact's support team helped me - for free, within just a couple of hours - to remove a lot of scripts and changes to my brand new theme that were caused by the previous Pre-order apps. I'd highly recommend choosing Timesact and - if you've tried other apps with bad experiences - to get their free help to remove past apps/scripts completely from your site.
