Preorder Now Presale Timesact

Worked Andrei today and he was able to fix my issue my preorder display. He also went above and beyond to offer assistance with adding a preorder banner on my images. Fantastic customer support.

We use the App only for Pre-Orders and it works perfectly. Amazing Support!! We had an extra loop to do and they solved it not only quickly but also they adjusted it to our CD. We highly recommend this App !

At Venba Fragrance, use the Pre-order feature for items in transit. Simple to use and it works as expected. We add a minor bug which was immediately fixed by their dev team. Highly recommend this app. https://www.venbafragrance.com/

Pretty clever little app. It's helping us book pre-orders on a very popular product that was out of stock due to supply-chain problems. Very handy.

Amazingly simple to use, and support was incredible! It does everything I need and more. Thanks so much , great app

And for our english speaking friends, this app is simple, awesome, and delivers what promises. You should definitely use it!!

I run my business based around pre-sales, and this is the perfect app. It's simple to set up and use, it works perfectly, it's priced fairly, and it has all the features I'm looking for. However what really made this app amazing is the customer service. Andrei has been nothing short of amazing. I've had multiple times where I've reached out to him with questions and he has gone above and beyond, answered very promptly.

I am using this app in a fairly basic way - simply for pre-orders at the moment. That being said, it does exactly what it claims and was extremely easy to set up. Within 3 hours of it being set up I received my first pre-order so I'd say I anticipate it being a success. I also want to thank support who responded to my request for assistance with the badging in such a timely manner (especially considering I'm in Australia and they are in the US!). Absolutely brilliant service. Keep up the awesome work!

We have been using the app for about 2 weeks and it does exactly what we needed it to do. Easy to setup pre-order and it allows us to customize the pre-order with a discount, limited quantities and expiry on the pre-order. Customer support was also great when we ran into issues with integrating the app with our theme. Very fast response and Andrei was able to modify our theme so that the app works on the product page, collection page and even the quick add screen. Highly recommend if you want to setup pre-orders the right way.

Have tried different pre-order app, and this one is a hidden gem! Love how simple and user-friendly it is, and it just works perfectly. Much appreciated for Andrei to help with coding, he's very helpful and patiently listen to my needs. Big love x

Timesact dropped into our Shopify theme and looked great. Had a minor technical issue and glad I did because Andrei was sitting right there at the tech support desk and had everything straightened out in minutes via chat. Service like that makes it easy for us to trust Timesact with this crucial site function. Thanks Timesact.

I just started using this app, after trying a couple of more established ones. It's very user friendly. Also, though some of the features are still being built, the customer service team managed to customize things for me, such as the badge and the text that goes around the button, in no time.

This App does what it says in the tin.. a great pricing structure for shops which just starting up!! awesome support from Andrei even on Sunday afternoon!!

Outstanding Customer Service & Super easy-to-use App. Andrei helped me find a solution on why the app was not working on my customized theme, now, he even customized the colors of the badge to my preference! SUPER

Works exactly like advertised. Andrei helped with theme changes almost instantly as we requested them. Recommended.

Great app, easy to use. The support team (Andrei) is very responsive and was able to perform customizations for our theme. Definitely recommend this app.

I usually don't write reviews but Timesact has had such a positive effect on my business that I had to share my experience with this app. The installation was a breeze and I received excellent customer service from Andrei making a few customizations to my theme. I have had the app a few days and am already generating a lot of sales that I would have missed out on while I am waiting on new inventory to arrive. If you are looking for a pre-order app, don't hesitate to install this one!

Not only is the app boss, the support is amazing! I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this app and the team.

Awesome Support! Andrei is so good and always helpful that he responds back to you even before you send him a message :)

Very good app and very good customer service I would highly recommend this app to other people. Definitely use them!
