Great App! Quick and easy integration in the Shopify store with unlimited number of subscriptions in the free plan. Also, very helpful support that helps with customised Shopify themes and also in case of bugs. Works perfectly for us!

I recently had the pleasure of using the Timo Subscriptions app for my Shopify store, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only is the app itself a fantastic solution for managing subscriptions, but the support provided by Kenny and his team has been exceptional. This app suddenly double charged my customers causing panic on our side and our customers side who kept calling in to ask what's going on. The 2nd charge came a day later. We caught it after more than 20 duplicate orders came in. Even as we tried refunding the 20 orders, another batch of orders came in, and on and on... Globosoft admitted the app was updated causing the billing error but refused to help refund the orders. So, we manually refunded all the orders on our side. Globosoft replied by again acknowledging that it was their fault but could only promise to make the app perform better. They refuse to offer any assistance in the fees created by their malfunctioning app. Don't let this happen to you! Prices of products in your subscriptions CAN NOT BE CHANGED. If you change a price in Shopify the price will remain the old price in Timo. Your customers will be billed the old price for life. BE CAREFUL. Globo told me I had to upgrade my plan and do product swaps. This means they force you to create a new product in Shopify to replace the old one to update the price. It's terrible. Stay away from this app
Hello, We are sorry for your experience. We really don't want this problem to happen to you. other stores won't have the same problem as you. Because you have request us to do this customize: - You need "Renew all subscriptions at 00:00." Our app hasn't got the feature, our dev team has done this customize for you. there was a bug of this customize feature. Some subscription will be renewed sooner. ==> the next billing hasn't yet skipped. so we got duplicate order. As you know, our team has fixed the error right after we know the bug on this customize. But we can't help you process refund or reimburse credit card fees. Because Shopify doesn't allow us to do this. Once again, We are really sorry for this issue!!

Had a little trouble at first, but the customer service team with Timo was extremally helpful. They actually took the time to fix the issue internally and consistently check up on me to make sure that all is well.

Top-notch. Super app, very user-friendly, and simple to set up. Took me like 5 minutes. Not only that, but the awesome and friendly support I got from those guys was exceptional. I still can't believe this is a completely free app. Thanks so much!!

Most subscription apps on Shopify are very expensive. I was a little skeptical at first with Timo being a free forever app. Not anymore, Timo has been excellent - here is a review of my experience so far. 1) Developer/customer service: Emma and the folks at Timo have been extremely responsive and helpful fixing some minor issues and they didn't stop until it was perfect. 2) Features: The app is very powerful allowing a huge variety of subscription options and combinations to suit your subscription needs. Very flexible without overly complicated or unneeded features. I am very happy. I have not received this level of service from other apps. Well done Timo!

Timo Subscription app has been super easy to install and integrate with my theme. As a non-tech-savvy person, I was able to handle it myself. Loving all the Globo products - great quality and often offering a Free plan for start-ups like us.

So far this app has been great! It's still new to me but extremely user friendly. I had only one issue after installing the app. I didn't want the watermark so I contacted customer support, gave them access to my account and was extremely satisfied at how quickly and easily it was to work with them. I would highly recommend this app to any and all.

Update - found out that once a subscription is created you or your customer cannot change the shipping address. This means if a customer moves location the shipment goes to the old address and high chance of you losing product. Apparently the Timo address field is not dynamic and does not pull the current Shopify default address field each time a subscription is made. The only solution is for the Timo developers to update in the backend. They say there is a fix for this coming but no timeframe for a fundamental function. We will wait and see. Easy to install. One little visual amendment quickly attended to by Helen. Really appreciated that so it blends and is slick within our website. On a future release would be good to have control over how the subscription discounted sale feeds through shopify and into accounting packages. Timo provides a sales figure net of any subscription discount while shopify can keep the transaction "gross" with the sale value being the full value and the discount going into its own discount line. A small point for what is already proving to be a great little app for our website. Thanks

update - so many bugs and issues. Either overcharging or undercharging customers. not alerting when credit card subscriptions fail. Not creating orders in Shopify. Every order has had an issue. The team is responsive and trying to fix things but it is absolutely destroying my business in the meantime, costing me a lot of money and wasting hours of my time. Will update again if it improves. initial review: great app and very flexible compared to other subscription apps. works well as a payment plan app for me which is impossible elsewhere eon shopify. shop is amazing and help with formatting etc. highly recommend
