Awesome app with everything you would need to send email campaigns, and has pre-built abandoned cart, welcome, and win-back emails which is a huge time saver. Great customer support as well, and on the off chance they're not online, they answer emails super fast. Thanks!

Hi, this is a great free service for companies who want to begin email marketing. They provide amazing support who are always ready to help. they provide solutions and make sure you are following good email practices. They provide freedom to customize almost all parts of the email and an easy to read analytics dashboard.

Amazing customer support by Janhavi Singh and his tech support guy to sort the issue out. I would recommend this app to everyone. But please make sure when you start using this app it will be tiny bit difficult for beginner to start but once done then no issues. Thanks again for developing a such nice app for shopify.

I installed this app and start using it. After 2 days this app was frozen and never worked again. However the payment was also deducted after 7 days of trial. I contacted support and provided them the proof but no answer.
Hello Adore, 1) Our app is Free when you install it via the app store. Installing from our website is a paid service as we only offer free service to Shopify merchants. Please reach out to CS for a refund. 2) Accounts "freeze" for a violation of our Anti-Spam policy. You may only use tinyEmail to send Opt-In emails to your subscribers, not unsolicited ones. Horrible UI, horrible support that is not responding. 24/7 support is a total SCAM! Don't recommend...

I really liked tinyEmail, especially since it's free for Shopify users. Their 24/7 support is excellent. Laxman from their support team reached out to me on call to help me set up my tinyEmail account and was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend tinyEmail for business owners looking for a promising email marketing tool.

Tiny Mail has blown me away, and Laxman from the onboarding team deserves a shoutout. He's been incredible, patiently guiding us through everything. I can't help but feel excited about the incredible user experience waiting just around the corner as I dive deeper into operations.

I would advise people to look elsewhere. I'm ultimately sticking with them for now, but only because I've already invested so very much time into this. 1 Their support team is absent. You have to first convince the AI to let you talk to a human, then the humans disappear mid-conversation. I've seen other reviews that say they received great support, but I largely have not. If the issue isn't solved by them referring me to a file in their documentation, then they disappear. 2 I have had problem after problem, and the support team first tries to blame me every time. First, I couldn't get the Free full version promised to Shopify users despite signing up through Shopify. After wasting a few hours of my time going through the steps from Support, they then wanted to do a screen share so they could try the very things I had JUST done, then they finally went looking and determined it was an issue on their end. Then, I realized the automations weren't being sent out. Two weeks of blaming me, that my form wasn't set up correctly. But the form was working perfectly (though it was a BEAR to install). Emails were getting added. They just weren't getting the Welcome email. Two weeks, and they finally went looking and realized it was a problem on their end. One employee said yes, it was a problem on their end, and we confirmed it was all fixed. Then another employee came back with telling me it was still all my fault and it wouldn't be fixed until I did x, y, and z. (wrong, it's working fine now.) 3 The automation emails aren't customizable. I had to have their support staff customize the emails for me. 4 The process of getting things set up is not great compared to the other four services I've used in the last 20 years. If you've got a LOT of time and energy to put into getting this set up and working, this might be a great choice for you. If you'd like something quick and easy, this isn't it. If you need great service that's available when you are, this isn't it.
