Quite new to TinyEmail but Mashiar from support was very helpful in getting me setup. It's a very user friendly app, and their Free Plan is very generous. I really liked their vast template selection

I love TinyEmail! I tried Shopify email, but it didn’t have the wide variety of capes I was looking for. I also researched Klaviyo, Privy, and a variety of other apps but found that TinyEmail had the highest TrustPilot score. Users’ biggest pain points seemed to be clunky interfaces and unhelpful customer support. I find that both are outstanding on TinyEmail.

Had some minor issues with the app, and customer service immediately reached out to me to resolve the issue. The price is fair for the amount of support you receive and the quality of features available for your marketing needs. I would recommend the app if you're looking for a good marketing solution for your business.

I have had this app for one week. It's very intuitive to use, and the templates look great. They are careful to ensure that your email list only contains customers who have subscribed, so they monitor for quality. That shows their integrity. The cost is reasonable as well. I give them 5 stars.

where do I start!! Its an awesome company. From customer service to the service its providing. Mashier from the customer service team is so nice, she help me with all questions, issue in a timely manner and the way she answer make me feel warm and well taken care of! Thanks very much Mashiar. Also, among all the expensive competitor out there who are charging like hundreds to thousands per month, Tinyemail really make email marketing affordable to everyone. Great app with lots of templates and designs to make it easy to send out a professional looking campaign. Clean and simple user interface and lots of statistics available to describe customer interaction with emails and great customer support. Integration with Shopify was simple and seamless. And their free email plan is an ongoing plan and is not a trial so there are options for all sizes of business. Highly Recommend this product.

Pros: easy integration and contact upload Cons: not very user friendly / poor templates to choose from / too much of a hassle to construct an email. Two thumbs all the way down from me

Our drag and drop editor supports all standard layouts and blocks and unique elements like dynamic blocks and interactive email components. Just getting started with trying this out and ran into a glitch connecting our audience from Shopify. Support was quick to reply and start looking for the solution. Great experience thus far, looking forward to trying out the features it offers!

We recently signed up and are enjoying this marketing tool. Using the app within Shopify is a plus. Migrating our mailing list from Mailchimp to TinyEmail was super easy with their integration. We connected our store, migrated our list, and sent marketing emails to our customers in what felt like a minute. Nice app. We would love to import custom fields from our store but didn't see the ability to do that.
