Tricky to get started so needed some help. TUSHAR came to my rescue on chat but as it was difficult to relay what I needed and Tushar jumped on a google meet with me and talked me through everything while I shared my screen. So helpful and patient. He was brilliant.

I'm new to shopify and tinyemail, and i wasn't looking to add yet another shopify app fee to my business' budget. I'm giving this a 5 star for being free and relatively simple to set up. I plan on sending out my first campaign next week, so we'll see how that goes.

TinyEmail is perfect for sending email campaigns. The support team is very helpful as well. Whilst at the moment the automation is minimal, I do hope this will improve soon.

When I first set up a campaign in Mailchimp, I spent many hours figuring out how it worked and setting it up. Today was the first time I set up a campaign in Tinyemail in less than half an hour! The interface is really very friendly, easy to choose a template, add images, texts and social media. I am pleasantly surprised! Besides being friendly, Tinyemail is probably the most affordable service and yet it has everything you need! Special thanks to Mashiar for being responsive - his support is inspiring!

I am absolutely AMAZED. Tiny Email Marketing it incredible and it is the solution I have been searching for years. This is for a number of reasons: * Wow. No limit on subscribers and at a reasonable cost * Can also have it for free if you have under 500 subscribers * Absolutely Fabulous customer service. It there is something you need, they will make it happen. * Very easy to use and has beautiful templates * So simple to set up and use and has also got great tutorials The list goes on.... I am so grateful I have finally found a quality product and service that supports my efforts to make a difference in the world!

I really like this application. It did takes me almost a week to set up my custom email because the confirmation email kept lagging (took hours sometimes days) to my Zoho inbox then I would see it just barely too late and it would decline confirmation. I reached out to support about it but the support was a little slow, being a small business owner I get it, we all have lives just wish support was a bit more helpful. They did offered to book a call but the hours they had were early mornings for my time zone. That set aside the app is really good and useful which is why I took the effort to set it up and use it. I guess most good things can take some time to set up. I think for most people the confirmation of your email address comes no problem. The email templates are nice and easy to brand and customize. I look forward to using this app more to help boost sales!
