I used this app to help me organize bookings for my business. I love it very easy & simple to use! and I absolutely love that I can accept/reject appointments.

I use this app for booking my appointments for my clients. I would prefer if you could easily rebook new appointments. I cant book 2 or 3 appointment together we have to go into the system again. Hopefully this can be arranged, Thank you very much

I used this app to schedule and keep track of appointments. I am satisfied with the customer service + their response time whenever I have an issue. I will continue to use this app.

The app is very easy to install and configure. The only short coming is some of the lack of design features or I would have given it 5 stars. The features that are there are plenty useful though and everything work as expected.

Great app and worth installing - we use it daily to book out gaming tables. Features like the service blackout are really helpful when we have events on to block out groups of tables. As we have gaming in several locations we can use the services to set up each area as a service so they can be booked separately, the system is flexible enough to manage this. The system works well, couple of small niggles but well worth a try out. Looking forwards to what is coming up from them and the dev team are always quick to reply and helpful

It used to work great, but then suddenly our customers can no longer see our availability times and are unable to schedule. It's been over a week and Tipo has not responded to our request for help. We must replace it with something that works.

It works, but it's mostly just okay. The UI is a bit clunky and doesn't work well on a mobile screen.

TIPO has helped us as a car care service company to make our customers book services easily. We might have missed something but an improvement for us would be to be able to schedule the exact amount of time a service takes, for us it´s days.

Después de probar varias aplicaciones para agendar, Tipo es la que mejor se ha adecuado a mis necesidades, sobre todo, porque se pueden incorporar fácilmente preguntas al cliente. Me ha funcionado muy bien, aunque me gustaría que hubiesen más opciones de diseño.

I've installed this app in order to accept bookings and the customer service has been great helping me setting it up! If the app works as its customer service, this will be one of the best third party apps I've ever worked with!

Absolutely ridiculously un-navigable and disorganized app. Way too many variables that also get default-changed depending on what other service they are connected with. One of my main frustrations is the requirement for certain variants that must also be properly selected by the customer, or else it is not be possible to complete the booking. We have lost many potential bookings because of this. Very NOT designed with the business owner nor the customer experience in mind.

We use this app to help our customers book time slots at a photography space we own (ROOLEE Photo Loft). I love the easy way customers can select time slots and how simple the backend calendar is to view and alter. I wish there would be an improvement in the actual time slots. It would be nice if customers could select a time and a buffer window is immediately placed before and after the booking time.

Very confusing to use and could not get it working on my site. It's hard to navigate and find out where I need to turn on my products and where I can configure things. Disappointed.
